DO NOT...I REPEAT DO NOT Stay here. I've never given a hotel a bad review until now. 45 years of traveling and this is the worst place I've ever been. Filthiest, most disgusting place. Smelled of air freshener to cover up smells. Horrible. Windows don't close, showerhead fell off, dirt and dust everywhere. We would have left but all hotels in the area were booked because of a home football game. Slept part of the night in my car. If you're homeless, stay on the streets!

Don’t repeat my mistake

This is pretty close to my definition of a dive. The “free breakfast” was a joke. The bathroom was dirty and only 1 bath towel in the room. I suppose I could have asked for another but it didn’t seem worth the effort. I will go back to more upper end properties after this trip.

Our travel half way stop

We travel from Indiana to Colorado Springs every year and this is our half way point. Very pleasant staff, clean rooms and they have a Elevator as I am on Oxygen.

Dirty Rooms, horrible odor, No follow up!!

We drove over three hours and arrived very late at night, only to find our first room with dirty footprints on the sheets. I immediately went to the front desk to report it, and while the staff member did move us to another room, the second room had a very foul odor and there were bugs in the bathroom.I returned to the front desk and told the agent that it seemed like the hotel had serious cleanliness issues and that we might just check out. He apologized and asked if we wanted to look at another room. We checked a third room, but when we walked in, the toilet was overflowing and dirty towels were all over the floor. He apologized again and said that room was under maintenance.We were then shown a fourth room, but it also had the same strong odor. At that point, we decided it was best to leave the hotel. We had only been there for about an hour when we left at midnight and drove 30 minutes to another hotel.The next morning, I was told that we’d be refunded for Saturday night, but they’d have to “review the cameras” before refunding Friday night even though we didn’t actually stay. I was promised a call back that day, but no one ever called. I followed up again Sunday morning and was told someone would get back to me right away that was over four hours ago and still no response.The photos online are very misleading the hotel looks nothing like the pictures. It’s in poor condition, smells terrible, and clearly has major cleanliness issues. All I want is my money back!!!

From the moment we walked in until we left we were met with disappointment. No cups in the room for water. Clerk said housekeeping did not supply cups in the rooms, but said there were some downstairs if we wanted some. Carpet did not appear to have been vacuumed. Staff at front desk was not friendly on checking in or on checking out. Short on bath linens: only one wash cloth. The bath linens were of very poor quality. The breakfast was greatly lacking. The Days Inn in Laramie was great, but because of our experience in Blue Springs, we will be very hesitant to book with that hotel chain again.

When we walked into the hotel we were welcomed with a strong aroma of marijuanna. It was clear the worker was smoking it in the check in area (smoke free hotel). The room was not clean, dead bug in the bathroom, stuff in sink and on toilet, mold in shower.
