I had a very nice stay here. Friendly, helpful staff and great breakfast. The room was spacious, quiet and very comfortable. I also booked a time for the outside jacuzzi, which was a great experience under the stars in the polarnight. The hotel is conveniently located in the centre of Longyearbyen.

Location excellent , Breakfast excellent choice & breakfast Room views , Pub food on site excellent pizzas only gripe Plant based burger had No burger and was just salad in a bun?? I tried to explain a plant based burger means with a McCartney or Beyond burger included? But they didn’t get it? Superior rooms are best views of snow capped Mountains Hot Tubs & Sauna lovely (small fee for use)

Rooms are clean and modern, very comfortable. Instant hot water and great pressure in the shower. Front desk staff is very friendly and always very helpful. The hotel offers text message alerts for northern lights and thats how we saw the most spectacular display during our visit.
