Amanda at the concierge desk is a wonderful person. She along with the rest of the staff are accommodating, welcoming, and kind people. Beautiful Boutique hotel stay

The room was cute and quaint and perfect for solo traveling. I was allowed to get free items from the mini-bar, had Voss water and Nespresso as complimentary drinks in room, croissants for breakfast, and the staff were exceptionally nice, welcoming and accommodating. For a boutique hotel, this was perfect and I would recommend this to anyone. I cannot wait to return. No complaints - perfectly situated within walking distance to most places in NYC and it was just amazing.
