The room was great, clean and elegant in the midst of a great San Francisco neighborhood. Excellent staff at front desk, housekeeping, and breakfast. 24-hr coffee (always fresh) in the front lobby right in front of the elevator came in handy after a long day wandering around San Francisco. My fiancée and I really enjoyed our stay! We had booked this hotel for our anniversary and we are so glad we did. Hotel Majestic had so much character and charm and for an older hotel - it was clearly well-maintained and accessible. We would definitely stay here again next time we’re in San Francisco!

We loved staying at this charming hotel! The decor was lovely; the front desk staff was exceptional - friendly, helpful, and personable; location was great - we walked everywhere (or took a Lyft or trolly.) Our only complaint is that the pull-out bed was uncomfortable, but once we moved the mattress to the floor, it was better.
