The Staff was great . The property however was s bit outdated . Our room was not properly cleaned . Black hairs were left on the floor and in the shower . We love this hotel for the separate rooms, the friendly staff and the closeness to the event center, but it could definitely use some upgrades and a tad more cleaning. The windows were visibly dirty and the window shades had old stains on them. For king size beds, they provide small pillows and the bath towels are incredibly slow. We also had a rough first night with the family staying above us - the walls/ceilings are incredibly thin, and it sounded like a party above us late into the night with all of the stomping.
