I was upgraded upon check-in to my surprise, perks of being a member, right!? Check-in online was easy and seamless, checking in at the front desk was all the quicker with my pre-check-in via my phone (mind you, it needs to be at least an hour prior to check-in, I'm pretty sure). I was offered water at the counter which was also nice since I'm here for a work trip and staying hydrated is important. The restaurant selections nearby(walking distance) were perfect for my taste, so I didn't need to drive anywhere after checking in. In conclusion, this is a fantastic location with amazing staff and if I'm in the area again I'll be staying here.

Not sure why they gave us a handicap room. Could not hand clothes properly in closet the rail was low I guess for wheelchair guest. TV remote did not work and employee spent about 20 minutes getting it to work. The breakfast needs improvement. The staff were nice. Not a good value we paid $201 for a night at this older hotel.
