Quiet and comfortable. Probably the best shower head in any hotel I've stayed at. Elevator was not operational. Staff was very friendly. The only downside is no complimentary breakfast. I would absolutely stay there again.

The hotel has been completely renovated. The rooms were spacious and very clean. The staff were friendly and accommodating. They had the cutest restaurant/bar in the lobby with the sweetest bartender. The bar has uniquely named beverages paying tribute to the area. I highly recommend if you are traveling through Flagstaff. Even our two teenage daughters (the biggest critics) approved. ;)

When you're traveling you want a clean comfortable bed, and that is what you get here. Very comfortable new beds, Egyptian cotton sheets. No train noise! Spacious room with more than you might expect.

Nice Hotel and Good Customer Service

The check-in staff were very helpful, personable and friendly. The room was wonderfully decorated and cute. There was an overly off-gassing odor of the new material or the cleaning products and subsequently, I got a headache. This is the reason for a few of the four stars. I would book this hotel again and recommend it to others.
