2/10 Poor

Have you ever booked a room for 3 people and got only 1 king size bed? That happened to us here. First it takes 30 min to check in, then they let you sign and charge the credit card, only after explain to you that you need to pay extra for an extra bed. After we got veryupset, the manager agreed to give us the bed for the 3rd person. Calling it a bed is not eight. Spring covered with a tissue, instead of a proper materass. Restaurant was good
