The staff from the front desk to housekeeping was very friendly and helpful! We enjoyed our stay and it was a perfect place to stay to watch the Phoenix open golf tournament. Easy Uber ride, nice and close. The beds were the most comfortable we've ever stayed in, and lots of high-pressure hot water! Also, being so close to the airport, we didn't hear a thing, and we are on the top floor! We'll definitely stay here again. The paint on the walls in the bath I need to be touched up a bit though...

The pictures are very deceiving. It does NOT look like the pictures on the internet at all. Not the outside or the rooms. The "first" room we were in, the air conditioning unit was loud and then when it clicked on to run, it was really loud. You could not sleep. At 1 am we moved to another room.

Hotel was nice. Unfortunately there was construction going on in front of the hotel so it was hard to see where to pull in. Staff was courteous. They allowed me to check in. Early room was clean. Just a couple of things, key cars were giving us troubles. I had to go to front desk twice to get new cards. The water pressure and our shower was poor. But the pool was beautiful. The air condition in the room could have worked a little better. Overall the stay was pleasant. The location was ideal.

It is in poor condition poorly kept up and is in need of a good G.I. bath or scrub down with brushes and sanitation walkways are filthy. Carpets are dirty in the areas that are carpeted and the elevator smells like an old mechanical piece of machinery breakfast Buffay well you just get a doughnut and some coffee that’s it. Have a nice day. Oh, maybe fruit or yogurt
