Left a day early had enough apart from the bad weather the property did not come up to expectations rated 4.4 star by you I would not even give it 1.4 stars would not recomend it room was far to hot could not adjust the heating a sweatbox the televison did not work complained about that nobody came also the shower did not work thankfully it had a bath as well overall the place not like your website it was rubbish 1 of the worse 3 places I hve ever stayed the other 2 also on your website including Diamonds Lodge in York recently that was even worse. You need have a another look at how you rate these places it totally ruined my holiday.

Lovely rooms. Nice spacious modern shower. Reasonably priced. Access to parking is tricky in a big vehicle, but plenty of room on street if you don't mind a few steps. Great location (less than 5 minutes from Bowness.) Would definitely return.
