The front desk staff was the friendliest we experienced our whole time in Japan. Wang, Monda, and a couple of others whose names we didn’t get. They spoke great English which helped our check in process. The rooms were on the smaller size but this is Japan and we didn’t want to spend our whole budget on the place we just slept. Beds were comfy. Towels were fresh. Super close to so many train stations including the Skyliner to/from NRT. And Nishi-Nippori exit.

Do Not stay here if you would like to be able to sleep! Extremely noisy from the train tracks. My water was bubbling from the vibration of the trains passing by.

This was our first international trip and the hotel was recommended by a friend who recently stayed at the hotel earlier this year. The front staff was very nice and provided helpful tips to us. Mando spoke English which was a plus and he was really helpful and made our trip very pleasant. The train station is less than 5 mins walk, very close to restaurants and convenience store. Our room was perfect for a family of 4! Thank you for making our stay very joyable.

My family stayed here for 4 nights, twin room ( 1 single / 1 double bed and space) is fit with my requirements. Hotel is nearby the nishi-nippori station very convenient, you can hear train coming and going all the time 555. At lobby, free ice cream and coffee for guest.

Good hotel, big for tokyo. Location is convenient for the east side of tokyo (Asakusa/Ueno), and still manageable for west side (shinjuku/shibuya) Many good eateries nearby and a minimart nearby. Service was good and they were able to clean up/renew towels everyday. Only gripe would be that it might be too loud for you to sleep due to trains, but the double seal glass doors on the balcony block out enough noise for a good night's sleep.

The hotel is located near to Nishinippori station where you can find plenty of dining options. An aeon supermarket is just next to the hotel. Hotel staff are nice and helpful. For the room, the size may be slightly bigger than usual Tōkyō ones but still a bit difficult to accommodate two luggages in twins room. There was minor stain on the bedding linen but didn’t bother. The overall facility of this hotel maybe a bit old but good enough for short stay. However, it is close to train/metro station so noise in early morning is expected.

You can get many one-time personal care items in the lobby (face cream, toner, face wash, earplugs, etc.). You do not need to bring any face care, which is super convenient! You can enjoy free coffee and ice cream in the lobby. There are board games for rent. The room is spotless. It is very near to the station. Only one 7-11 near the Hotel. I hope to have more choice. I am happy with this Hotel!
