I stayed 3 nights in early May 25. Booked through hotels.com, because it was $20 cheaper than booking directly with the hotel. Even though paid through hotels.com, they charged my credit card for the stay - they resolved this, but I had to call them. 2nd night they put us in a room that the AC did not work. Third night they put us in a room that had not been cleaned - bed unmade, towels on floor, trash, etc. Every thing was made right, but stayed 3 nights and had a problem every night.
