Quite easily the worst hotel I’ve stayed in, and as a platinum member I’ve stayed in a lot. Staff here couldn’t care less if you were there or not, at best they ignore you and at worst they downright rude. The local charges are a rip off - even though I knew about them in advance - it basically gets you a few bottles of water. The only positive about this place is the location, and the room was a reasonable size…other than that this hotel is now on my black list.

We got there at 11 PM after driving for two days. When we arrived, there was no parking we had to pay $78 to park when we got inside they told us they were overbooked. And that we had to pay total cost for a room even though we had already paid on hotels.com. Then we had to pay an additional $125 that we won’t get back for seven days. The whole hotel was hot. I don’t know if the air wasn’t working or what but we were so tired that all we wanted was a shower in a bed. I wouldn’t have stayed in any other circumstance we will not be back.

Room was quite and clean. Easy check-in. However, not much along the way of communication. Only 3 of the 28 floors have an ice machine, wasn’t told that at check-in. Breakfast was not mentioned at checkout. It was an extra cost, but wasn’t even asked if I wanted to purchase. Paid $89 per room as a hotel fee
