The front desk clerk at check in had no personality. He just had me sign and handed me a key. The room wasn't bad, bed covering had a small stain, but overall clean. The pool was warm, but hot tub was cold. Area around the hotel felt kinda shady. Not sure i woukd stay here again.

I stayed here because my late wife and I used to stay here back in 2003-2007. We loved staying here back then because of the heated pool and I would be in the pool with my daughters when they were just toddlers. My wife used to love food from Panda Express right over the fence. I stayed here and reminisced of the good times we had there. Man, I really miss my wife. I wish I could have one more day with her. I enjoyed my stay and even got something from Panda Express.

Although the room was alright the area around the hotel was pretty scuzzy. In the morning the “ breakfast “ consisted of nothing but carbs. There wasn’t even coffee, utensils, or sugar. Trying to find someone to help restock was difficult at best.

From the jump the young man at the front desk was horrible the room was half clean the house keeper tried her best our toilet worked off and on and when we came back we had a flood, the young man didn't try to be helpful, maintenance tried to make it right ,but we just left and no offer of anything money /new room nothing, never again renting a room there

The hotel and room were relatively clean. This is an older property, it could use a little fixing up. This is not necessarily a fault of the hotel, but I was a bit sketched out by all the shady people w/ backpacks riding bicycles through the property and digging through the dumpster out back. I ended up emptying my entire vehicle of my work tools and stuff into my hotel room just to be sure there would be nothing of interest in my work vehicle - I don't normally empty out my vehicle quite to this extent at other properties. The breakfast was not on par with other similar hotels I've stayed at - only offered waffles and cereal. With all that said, it met its intended purpose - gave me the shut eye I needed so I could continue on with my travels in the morning.

I think the laundry service is good and they do their best with cleaning the rooms but there is still a lot of trash blowing around in the parking lot. The entry doors are dirty with fingerprints too. The biggest problem is cracking interior walls with torn off base boards. There was a sewage leak under the bedroom carpet so I had to move to another room. It's one of the cheapest hotels in Albuquerque so a lot of noisy and cursing people tend to stay there. I don't care to go back there again.

The front desk staff was great from start to finish. My key wasn't working, he walked all the way out with a new key so I didn't have to walk down to the office.
