They casually threw away my food worth 100 dollars when I called the front desk, and made no apologies for it. They kept making excuses, and the door of the room could not be opened, which led me to be locked out at 10 o'clock at night, and there were cockroaches in the room.

We had a recently renovated room. It was good, but the shower is very small and it's hard to move around in there. The towels are also very small (both bath and pool towels) and thin. The bed was also not that comfortable and made a lot of noise when I got up from it. It was also kind of ridiculous to charge $50 for early check-in when our room was clearly ready. I've never had to pay that at other properties. Overall, we liked the food options and the water park. The luau was also very good.

Me and my family got there a little later then expected for check in..I was tired my 2 year old was already asleep. When I was doing the check in with was very nice.Gave me my parking pass and the keys to the room.Me and the family get to the room and the room was dirty . The carpet wasn't vacuumed and it smelled humid plus the bathtub wasnt clean and it had hair,then we turn the ac ok and it smelled like wet dog. So I went to the front desk and I spoke to a girl at the front desk she didn't know what to do other then send someone to clean the room at 10 pm at night when my son was already asleep.so I declined that option, so she sends me over to speak to the manager on duty that night and he ask me how he can help after I explain the situation, he comes and starts looking to see if he has rooms available for me to move and he said the only one he had was asking bed but it was more money. I told him I wasn't paying no more money when is y'all fault.So he comes and tells me that the only thing he can do for me was to send someone to clean the room the next day and one voucher for breakfast " mind you I'm staying 3 nights"only one day.The next day comes and I waited all day. For someone to come clean the room I asked front desk they just put a note. I ask the housekeeper that was in the area and she tells me that as soon as she is done with all of her other rooms she comes to mine. 6 o'clock came no one came. Went back to the front and they send someone 😡 do not recomend

Not worth the money. There's not enough parking. The outside of the building looks run down. There were piles of palm tree leaves and trash, the exterior looked sketchy in general. The housekeepers keep their cleaning carts in the walkway which makes it difficult to maneuver around with luggage. There are no elevators, at least none in our area which made it very difficult getting up to our second floor room with luggage and being 7 months pregnant. The rooms are old and do not look like what is in the pictures. I booked a family room that was supposed to have a king bed and twin bunk beds. Instead, I got two separate rooms with two queen beds each that were joined by a door in the middle. This was ok with me because I have older kids but i can imagine someone with Littles would not be happy. The interior and exterior doors were all difficult to open, like that had recently been painted and stuck shut. The beds were extremely uncomfortably and squeaky and the pillows were flat and hard. There's no drawer space to put any clothes away. The shower had very low quality shampoo/ conditioner combo and the shower pressure was terrible. The rooms were very clean and housekeeping did come everyday, so i was thankful for that. The rooms are moot sound proof at all all we heard little kids running and screaming up a down. Too cold for water park and we wanted to go to the pool because it was heated but there were not nearly enough loungers and the hot tub was completely full.

Other than waiting two hours after my check in time for the room to be ready, it was a great experience. Staff is friendly, and the place is really clean. The room that was given to me was really nice as well. We definitely are going to stay here again.

We stayed in building 6. One of the elevators were out of order so only 1 was working. We were always waiting on the elevators for at least 10 minutes. The tv in our room did not have signal so we could never use it. There was a weird smell in the hallways. The carpet in the hallway had a bad stain and for the 3 days that we were there, it was never vacuumed; I saw the same dirt and lint. But the staff were very friendly. Front desk was always super helpful and pleasant. Pool was nice too. Lifeguards on duty were great at their job making sure everyone was grand following rules but didn’t act like a jerk when kids weren’t following rules. Public washrooms were gross

My kids loved it. Plenty for them to enjoy. Renovated rooms large and clean. Pillows need to be softer. The hours for the pool are great. The food is delicious too. The staff are helpful, respectful and professional. Enjoyed and will return!!!
