Hotel location is very convenient. Excellent view and access to the beach. The staff is very friendly and helpful. This is our second visit to the same spot because we liked it. The room furniture has been changed compare to the previous stay but it is still good. I liked previous design with a bigger wooden table. Now they have small white round table and dowers moved to a side. Nice big TV and coffee/tea inventory.

booked this place for $1400 dollars for 3 nights, OUTRAGEOUS PRICE! booked a partial ocean side room on the 13th floor, get to the hotel and my rooms on the 4th floor. Stains and dirty shower, dusty room. You have to give a $400 security deposit. Also, You would think parking would be free NO it’s 100$ plus a bunch of other fees they don’t tell you about until your checked out.

Room key wouldn’t work, the door handle piece fell off the door, we had a adult cockroach and baby cockroach in the room, there was a hole in the ceiling and room wasn’t really clean, there wasn’t really a balcony and they over price for parking.

Charged each guest $37.50 which was not clear at time of booking this was a lot we have 7 guests staying there. We never used any of the facilities we paid for. Place reeked of weed very bad hit you in the face when you get off the elevator. The toilet in or room did not flush! Overall bad experience I would not stay here again. Side note it was Spring Break but we were staying here because it was close to the cruise port

For a $300/night hotel I was expecting a much nicer hotel. Our room didn’t have hot water and the room smelled of mold.
