Parking in the area is quite difficult, even to unload/load your luggage. The hotel is very clean, cleaning staff super friendly when you see them in the hallways. The welcome at the reception was unique though. They questioned me about my home address, which is a US address. I don;t know what the reason was for the questioning but it made me feel quite uncomfortable.

Leider keine Parkplätze verfügbar, nach Aussage des Hotels auch nicht reservierbar. Parkplätze außerhalb praktisch nicht vorhanden, da alles vollgeparkt und man mit ständigen Kontrollen rechnen muss. Mit dem Auto buche ich andere Hotels. Frühstück und Zimmer sind soweit OK.

Das Personal ist freundlich und kompetent, das Zimmer war klein aber optisch ansprechend und das Frühstücksbuffet war auch OK. Für mich als Geschäftsmann gar nicht gepasst hat die Parkplatzsituation. Gemäss der Hotels.com Homepage hat es Parkmöglichkeiten - bei der Ankunft beim Hotel war sowohl die Parkgarage voll als auch sämtliche Parkplätze in der Hotelnähe. Ich habe eine halbe Stunde lang gesucht nacht einem Parkplatz.
