訂的時候以為是apartment,去到才發現是民宿形式。酒店是位於住宅大樓,住了很多中國學生。屋子跟照片差不多,但沒有乾衣機。
在入住到達前,你要check e_mail,負責人會告訴你要去哪拿鑰匙。我是去到才發現的,我到的時候是12點,跟著負責人給的步驟,去拿鑰匙,密碼是錯誤的,我用e-mail告訴負責人,負責人又重新告訴我一個新的密碼,但還是沒有鑰匙。
我又用e-mail告訴負責人然後問她,可不可以先讓我放一下行李,負責人告訴我check in time是3點,不能提早check in。我和我的家人們一直等到3點,想說有鑰匙了吧,但還是沒有拿到。負責人說因為地壇髒了,要花時間清潔,我們又等了大半個小時,差不多到4點才終於拿到鑰匙。
浪費了我4個小時,完全打亂了我們那天的行程。

The location of the property is probably the best thing about this place. It’s in a good location, right next to Melbourne Central. There is a tram station just down the road to get around. The disappointing thing about this property is that the TV doesn’t have the right connection to plug into the antenna therefor you can not watch any TV. This was upsetting as we had come to watch the tennis and weren't able to watch any games at the hotel. On arrival, I was given the wrong checkin information from someone at the Cozy office and ended up driving around Melbourne to pick up keys that ended up being just next door to the property in a lockbox. There was no hand wash in the bathroom and the carpet have a lot of stains from past stays. It stated on my itinerary on Wot If that we could pay at the property and they took the money, plus a $80 cleaning fee not mentioned when booking, out 1 month before the stay. When I called to inquire they kept saying they would call me back and let me know, but never once returned the call. Ok stay if you don’t plan on spending too much time in the apartment.
