It is a nice place to stay and feels safe . Although I registered online on the Hotels . com website, when I checked in I was told that I had to pay $ 50.00 deposit for " incidentals " which was not mentioned on the website when I checked in so that caught me off guard .

Expedia failed to honor my 1st floor request. A 3pm check in was unavailable. Trash on 2nd floor walk way with housekeeping walking right by. No towels in room. Dirty floor next to dresser, needs to be pulled out and swept. Toilet dirty. Hair on bedspread & shower curtain.sink plugged and coffee pot bottom dirty and insert broken. New soap behind toilet reveals never cleaned prior to check in. No light breakfast. Tiny sunkist and 2 yogurts.

Room was clean but unable to take a shower due to very Hot 🔥 hot water only. NO cold water. My Sisters room also had problems with the shower, the divider' was not working so No shower for them either. Their TV went off by itself while sleeping early morning . There was no breakfast no coffee like they advertised. Oh! It was raining and the building was leaking by the stair way pretty bad. No good experience. Staff were nice 👍

Looks nothing like advertised, super disappointing that Hotels.com would allow pictures of this hotel when it does not match descriptions I felt like it was below Motel 6. Scratches all over the floor. The walls were chipped and dirty. They didn’t even change the toilet paper roll from the last people (it was almost gone). There was only one towel in the room had like an attic door in the ceiling. Also, the smoke detector had no batteries and the baseboards around the room had like grime and whatever else and on the walls. Their pool was really dirty. One last thing the picture shows like an area for breakfast like tables and stuff, but they don’t even have that there. They have a little counter in the check-in office that has like yogurt and. A pastry.

I should have said something you requested my if not demand that I'd be giving a different room the walls were dirty the environment was dirty and when I got around to the air conditioner there was so much build up of allergens and I mean it was so pretty dirty I mean I was speechless you have to clean it out and not say anything and I just make the best out of it and kept it to myself but I think these people really need to step up to their hospitality and you know cleanliness for being part of hotels.com or you don't mean the general population they advertise to
