Great hotel, amazing staff and in good location far enough away to feel your out of the city but close enough that your not. We had a small issue with the lift but the team sorted this for us professionally and efficiently. Would highly recommend, it was our wedding anniversary and the team did everything to make it special.

Overall, hotel was grest. We were welcome withbthe traditional lovely cookies. It was welcoming to see theyd given my family two roo.s as oposed to the two double beds in a room, which I was online. Their boat taxi to the other side of the canary wharf was great to have. Only minus is their bath was so tiny that one adult size person could almost not fit in without your body touching either the wall of bath curtain

Clean and good hotel. The rooms and hallways are a little outdated. Very friendly and helpful personel and the breakfast buffet is outstanding. Overall very good impression, location is ok, a little far from the touristic places but good beds and a prefect view of the Thames.

I was staying with a friend after a concert at the O2. The room was clean and tidy and the staff were very friendly and helpful. The only downside was that we were put in a disabled room, which did not bother us but was at the back of the hotel right next to where all the deliveries came and went which made it quite noisy during early hours .

The free ferry over to Canary wharf was the difference that made it five stars. Otherwise you have to take the bus every time to get to a store/other restaurant. The familyroom for five was very good. We didn't have any warm water in the shower last evening/morning. But we have nothing else to complain about! We had a very nice stay!
