The room was clean, well soundproofed and the wi-fi was okay, dropped out now and again, but otherwise fine. The bed and pillows were very comfortable. A good choice if you need to be close to the airport for an early flight.

I stayed at this hotel 6 or 7 time, it's practical simple hotel and th most important it located right insid the terminal which is perfect if one need to catch morning flight as I often do. My only complain is the carpet I the corridors, it's so difficult to roll any su8tcaase on, hotel at this location should know better.

Room is clean, staff are friendly and location is amazing. Please note there are no windows in the rooms due to the location. We are fine with that but it’s worth noting. They also provide tea and coffee in the room and a coffee machine in the common area.

What a terrible hotel. They charge a luxury price and have nothing to show for that. NO AMENITIES! Nothing except lounge un- attended and without anything to offer. Do not stay here when there are so many better locations that are still convenient for Heathrow travel.

Very convenient location. Rooms are small but functional. There is no desk in the room, so have to use the 2/F "library lounge" area. Also, I arrived a few hours before the 3pm check-in, and in order to check-in early, they charge GBP20/hour

Its all about convenience being inside T3 (land-side). It's basically a shoe box with no windows, bathroom is very, very small and water floods the entire space. No luggage storage facilities Indifferent staff.
