初めてカンポの宿を利用しましたがスタッフの方も優しくお料理も美味しく頂きました❗ただ有馬はどこも金泉、銀泉があると思ってたので金泉だけと言うのがネックでした❗でも金泉でもまだ肌には刺激が少なかったので助かりました❗

団体が泊まっており、夜中12時20分に他の客から客室に連絡があり眠っているところを起こされました。団体客同士が連絡する時はフロントを通して連絡する様にお願いしたい。 10年振りの記念であった旅行がその時点で嫌な思い出となりました。何か対策をしてほしいです。食事は美味しくいただきました。フロントの方も丁寧に対応いただきました。

Lovely onsen hotel. Staff is friendly. Meals are decent. Has it's own onsen inside the hotel building. It's a bit dated. My room doesn't have bathroom only toilet. But it's enough.

家族旅行の1日

1.場所はちょっと温泉中心街より奥まった所にあり、分かりづらかったです。 2.駐車場は広く、駐車がしやすかったです。 3.部屋の施錠が物理的なカギで、ちょっと施錠しづらかったです。 4.部屋は広く、快適に過ごせました。ただ、宿泊当日（4/15）はまだ暖房状態で、ちょっと暑かったです。 5.夕食は神戸牛三昧（ステーキ、しゃぶしゃぶ、ローストなどなど）でとても美味しく、ビックリ＆満足しました。あと、海鮮類（お刺身など）も美味しかったです。　また、従業員の方の対応が素晴らしかったです。 6.温泉は鉄食塩泉で、とても温まりました。

食事も量が十分でおいしく、施設内は清潔でスタッフも対応がとても気持ち良かった。駅から遠いことが心配でしたが、行き帰りは自動車で送迎していただけるので問題なしでした。この内容でリーズナブルな価格なので、友達におすすめできる宿だと思いました。
