We spent 12 nights at Bay Towers. Our room was spacious and tidy, great shower and A/C. Kitchen was well equipped. We loved having free access to bikes and kayaks. One of the few places on Caye Caulker with an actual beach. Easy access across the Split and great dining choices on the North Side. Staff were great. Hope we get to return in the near future.

The room was great!! It had everything we needed including dishes, a 5gal jug of water and plenty of complementary coffee ☕️ The staff, (Greg, owner and Ariel) were very helpful in giving us great recommendations on where to eat. The location itself was perfect 👌 it was super peaceful located beach front. I will definitely be back!!

Thanks to Arielle and Maria. They were very helpful and welcoming. The unit was fully equipped with a full kitchen. There is a rooftop patio wher you can enjoy sunrises and sunsets from. The location is close to the corner store and the split ferry. The unit is right on the beach with ocean views. The area is nice and quiet, and close enough to the nightlife of the south side.

We really enjoyed the suite & hospitality at Bay Towers. Arielle, George & Maria were helpful & friendly. Awesome sunset views from the roof & patio! Good towels, sheets, bed & spacious suites. We loved our time with island dog Bella. She is a sweet Shepherd who was abandoned by her owner. She loved the attention & food we gave her. Pay it forward if you stay here--dog food most appreciated! This is a quiet property just a little walk away from the Split ferry that takes you to the noisy South Island. Relax in one of the hammocks & have a Belikan beer from the bar. You won't be sorry!

Peaceful and relaxing place to stay. Amazing sunse

The setting is quiet and peaceful with great views of the ocean and amazing sunsets. Room was good. Some small additional development is still continuing. Nice pool. Several eating options around and about.

Beautiful yet incomplete seaside property

Beautiful hotel with decent amenities such as a pool and oceanside dock. The rooms felt clean and well maintained. Pool regularly maintained. But the property felt incomplete and the rooms bare boned. We experienced some communication delays, lack of amenities, or faulty equipment. The “office hours” are posted but not followed. The property has a lot of future potential, but at this time it still feels like a work-in-progress.

Stayed there several nights, only one other family at the hotel so had the pool and grounds to ourselves. Enjoyed using the free bikes and kayaks and sitting on the dock at sunset.
