👎The check-in experience is very bad! The location is far from the beach, the room is very small and smells! Low cost performance! There are plenty of choices on the beach for similar prices! The service is also very irregular. After arriving at the store at noon, I was asked to wait until the afternoon to check in, but when I came back a few hours later, I was told that the room was full and there was no choice. Later, I queued in the laundry room for 2 hours before I could wash my clothes. While queuing for the dryer, I encountered a queue jumper. Then several staff members arrived, but they did not do justice and no one cared. There was surveillance but they did not find out the truth. It was very annoying! The service experience is very bad, bad review👎

Hidden charges not disclosed in the booking websit

During checkin, hotel staff asked for US$89/room amenity fee which was out of my expectation. No room clean up for the second day even I requested when I returned from outside. No breakfast was provided, just snack and canned drinks.

parking issues

We did not park at the 3rd night, but the staff insist on charging of the day. We just came back all the way from Big Island, and we didn't even rent a car, However we still had to pay it because of 7 days of parking fees had been charged in advance. Smells of the carpet could be improved

I’d like to start with the positives before I list the negatives. The location is great. Walking to beach access and the entire shopping centers and food access. The staff was very helpful and nice. Apologetic even. Unfortunately the only updated or clean thing of this hotel is the lobby. Upon arrival we were told there’s no AC and won’t be for even a month. Then was asked if we wanted to keep the reservation. Why would they convey this message to guests the day of arrival and not days prior to? Oh, because people would definitely rebook elsewhere instead they put travelers in a predicament of paying triple on same day reservations or suck it up with no ac. There’s two elevators and only one works for the entire hotel. The hallways have parts of walls literally falling apart and overhead door light hanging off. The rooms themselves are incredibly dirty. The curtains had stains from prior stays. Not recent ones either. The ac vent in the room was covered with dust and the popcorn ceiling around the vents also collected wads of dust. The bathroom floors were dirty and hadn’t been mopped. The corners of the walls to floors had build of “gunk” as in if it was mopped prior the build up just was left there. They appear to have beach towels but two days in a row by 930 am they were magically out of them already. The free check in snack pack advertised was out of stock by 11am but check in is at 3pm? Weird. And lastly the fan offered in room was loaded with dust on the blades.

Only 2 players and silverware, any cooking utensils we would have to get from front desk. Had to have my key reprogrammed 4 times. The battery on the card reader on the door died, maintenance made it sound like the only way we could get back in was to kick the door open. The elevators were constantly busy need more for a17 story building. Only plywood separators between balconies. Huge palmetto bugs daily. Bathroom ceiling collapsed in large chunks. Mold on shower ceiling. Asked for pool towels and told they didn’t have any that day. Good price but won’t stay there again.

リゾートフィー2泊分をチェックイン時に約11000円ちょっと支払いました。主にWifi使用料等との事。 しかしながら全くWifiは機能しておらず接続できたのはほんの僅かな時間のみ。殆ど接続エラーになったり、接続保留になったり。 何度も使えないとフロントに出向き伝えたが天候が悪いから仕方ないとか朝になったら担当者に確認するとか....担当者からも回答ないし滞在中殆どwifiが使えず調べ物、予約等なにも出来ず仕舞いでした。 宿泊料金の他に高額なリゾートフィーを支払わせてるのだからそれなりに見合った対応をして欲しかった。 リゾートフィーの返金をして欲しかったがそれも出来ないと..... とっても残念な宿でした。 良かったのは立地でしたがそれ以外は最低でした。

The pictures on the website and used in this app must be 20 years old. The reception counter should be were they try to impress; the cabinets on the wall were completely dirty with black all around the handles. The walls in the hallways were poorly patched up. We only had hot water 2 out of 5 days. The rooms were just aged. Motel 6 has better kept rooms. The hotel is conveniently located to shops, restaurants, coffee shops, but it’s also on a very busy and loud street. Between the people activity, motor cycles, and music it was hard to get to sleep before 11:30pm. The main reason I booked this hotel was for the fully stocked kitchenette. Well all we had were 4 settings of plates and silverware, no means to even boil water or microwave.
