The staff was very accommodating and nice. They have great breakfast. Our room was clean and the bed was very comfortable. My family(mom and siblings plus their families) and I were able to spend time together playing games in the common area. We had the best time!!

The only complaint that I have about my stay at the Hampton Inn in Provo was that they did not tell us they would charge such a hefty fee for pets. I chose that hotel because it was pet friendly but they charged me way too much for one night for my two cats. It was as much as the cost of the room. I understand that the owners are responsible for damages but to charge that much money when it was not previously disclosed at the time of reservation is unacceptable and unfair. For that reason alone, I will probably book elsewhere next time.
