This place while looking a bit run down was a fine place to stay for the price. It ticked my must have boxes. Clean bedding,hot shower and no bugs. The tv worked too. My room had a refrigerator and microwave which I didn't expect. Free coffee and snacks in the morning,not breakfast. Target is within walking distance if you need anything.

Nice location convenient walking to dining and shopping. Sacramento has a bad homeless and drug situation typical of most liberal cities so walking at night probably not recommended for some.
