Its a very spacious apartment with everything one needs , but maybe they could put some more glasses in the room , we only had two . The location is awesome with everything one needs in the area. But yes, for those u are sensitive to noise then maybe a bad idea , there is alot noise from the street due to tram line with traffice outside and a club playing music till early morning.

While we appreciated the convenient location, there were several issues that unfortunately significantly affected the quality and comfort of our stay: There was a lot of noise (loud music) from the club downstairs until 3am on Friday and Saturday, which made it impossible for us to sleep. It’s not advertised anywhere that the apartment is above a club. When we wrote to the owners about it, they didn’t even acknowledge this issue, let alone apologise. The floors in the room were not properly cleaned upon arrival. Our socks were black from just walking around the apartment. The bathtub drain was blocked, making it hard to use. We just stood in water up the ankles when having showers. The kitchen window is broken and could not be closed, which left the apartment unsecure. It’s also a safety hazard. The duvet cover was open on all four sides, which we found both ridiculous and unhygienic.

Do not recommend. The pictures are deceiving. This property was not cleaned well and we had issues with the tub draining on our first night. It was disturbing the residue it left. When checking-in the staff did arrange a quick check-in but they never seemed positive and it was all straight business (if you're working in hospitality and guests are arriving for check-in I would expect a little more then looking miserable, bored and looking like you couldn't be bothered). I won't ever book with Italianway again and don't recommend ever booking accommodation through large rental companies like this. The amenities available were limited. Simple things like tea, coffee, sugar, a proper water filtered Brita prior to arrival should be provided. The bed frame, kitchen table chairs and sofa were stained and need to be replaced. The floors need a deep clean and everything in general needs a proper scrub down. The bathroom sink taps were loose and terribly water stained (I used my own cleaning wipes upon arrival to clean it). We were four people staying & they only provided shower amenities for 1 person and did not have enough toiler paper for our 4 nights upon arrival. However the one positive thing I will say is they did communicate and they did resolve the bathtub drain issue (not until the 2nd day) and provided toilet paper when requested. However they need to have major improvements in their cleanliness standards and need to look into hiring a different cleaning company.

Fin lägenhet nära Bocconi och Navigli området. Två sovrum och en bäddsoffa. Reception finns ett kvarter bort. Det finns en mataffär utanför och ett trevligt cafe där det går att äta frukost.

Very spacious and convinient to get around. Especially to the cannel for a night food tour. Great service. We couldn't figure out the heater. someone was at our door within 30min to help us out. Also our request for more towels was promptly responded. I wish they have WHAT'S APP to communicate international travellers. It is NOT the easiest way to communicate over the phone one the address to pickup the key. And when on roaming plans, emails do not load very well.

Great location close to restaurants and bars in Navigli. The Tram passes by just outside the apart. Spacious and well equipped apartment with 2 bedrooms and 2 small balconies. Cleaning was not the best though. Helpful staff upon Check in!
