March/2025 Wonderful place to stay. Very clean, easy access to get around. Restaurant and Café have great food and a lot of selection to choose from. All staff are professional, kind and willing to help. Beds are comfortable and the rooms are a comfortable larger room. We enjoyed it there and will stay again at any Prince hotel.

Immaculately clean room, deluxe king was roomy. A value for Tokoyo. Excellent breakfast: Japanese, Asian and European offerings. Convience store in the basement for snacks, beer, wine, toiletries. Staff on check-in and at breakfast were friendly and very helpful. Laundry, as in all hotels, is pricey for travelers needing to do lots. We suggest Laundry Lounge Konparu----Large machines. Did 7 kilos in two washers, then 2 dryers for 600+400yen each, 2,000 yen or $13USD November 2025. Machines work on coins, or a computer app. Detergent is included. Free wifi. Dryers had a cool down cycle to minimize wrinkling. An extremely clean facility, tucked into an alleyway just behind the 7-11. Use the 7-11 bathroom, get drinks there. From the Prince Hotel, about a 15-20 minutes slow walk, 950 meters.

Only negative was the amount of time their elaborate check-in procedure took (try not to schedule it on a Saturday at 3 pm, w/ a lot of other tourists!). Tokyo Prince Hotel is a wonderful place to stay. My room had a great view of Tokyo Tower. The hotel itself has wonderful service and is inly a couple of metro stops away from Tokyo Station. The staff is friendly and also excellent at their work. The Lawson shop in the basement is extremely convenient. I will stay here again!
