The staff was excellent. Location is not the best. It has lots of unhoused people hanging around— the Waffle House next door is a delivery only place, drug users tweaking even in the gas stations nearby. The inside rooms are old, outdated, water damaged—. We left at 2am for the airport and a hooker was inside the hotel walking around talking on her phone. This is not the place I would recommend for anyone.

The rooms were very clean the staff amazing friendly, and they help you feel at home. I did not go to the gym or to the business area because we were only there for a concert for the evening but even for that one night and at the price, it was well worth it. You must try BJ’s hot chicken around the corner and there is also Jamaican food across the street a Jamaican food truck. The waffle House, I believe or Denny’s I think it’s waffle House that sit there on the corner they are delivery only but the hotel across the street does have a pub and everything is right next to the interstate which makes it very accessible to transport. Overall, I love this area. I love the hotel the property only 10 minutes away from downtown, which is to me is a straight shot with Uber. You cannot go wrong.

We really liked the staff. They were friendly, professional and helpful. The hotel was also very clean, however updating was needed and the pool was closed. Neighborhood surrounding not that nice, but very convenient to a conference I was attending and good restaurants. The price was also good for the Nashville area.

Breakfast bar was wonderful! The common area bathroom lacked supplies. The floor of our room was unclean. The housekeeping staff was very friendly and helpful. My card was charged by the hotel for each night and for the total of the stay separately from the pay through hotels.com. The manager informed me that this will fall away after 3-5 days, but this was still a stressful event that I had never experienced before when using hotels.com.
