When I first checked into the Comfort Inn, I had a negative interaction with the check in attendant Neil, he was very rude and gave short response when I asked questions. He seemed annoyed to even assist me with the check in procedure since I had booked the room through hotels.com. However checking out with Alejandra she was wonderful she answered my questions and inspected the room at my request.  She also helped out with the continental breakfast and was prompt on her assistance. When we brought the complaint to her she helped us navigate the proper channels in filing the complaint.
