Check-in was quick and easy. The desk clerk was very nice and polite. She gave me updates about facility areas and schedules without prompting. Our room was clean and comfortable. The only issue was with the in room refrigerator. It wasn’t operating as efficiently as I thought it should and passed on that information to the desk clerk when I checked out. The hot breakfast option was super as always. Of note was dining room attendant Wilmer. He was very helpful and went out of his way to make breakfast special for our granddaughter. This was our second stay at this facility and I’m sure it won’t be the last.
