Hotel com boa estrutura porem em mal estado de conservacao, detalhes de conservqcao nos quartos que fazem a diferenca, paredes sujas, vidros quebrados dos banheiros, agua que esquentava so de vez enquando, banheira minuscula, Wi-Fi nao funcionava entre outros detalhes

Hotel um pouco antigo, mas a cordialidade e bom atendimento dos funcionários ameniza essa condição. Tem uma vusta privilegiada. Acomodação precisando de um upgrade. Preço justo pelo que entrega.

Primeiro que após confirmação de reserva, quando chegamos ao local não achamos ninguém, tudo fechado, sem nenhuma satisfação, chegamos de um vôo por volta 22 horas. Uma completa falta de respeito com os clientes. Se estava fechado por que a reserva foi confirmada. Vergonha.

Constrangedora

Fomos a Sta Catarina para realizar um concurso e aproveitar um pouco a estadia. Porém,devido a um erro de reservas do Hotel, muitos hóspedes estavam sendo remanejados para outros estabelecimentos. Aguardavamos uma amiga que iria se hospedar no mesmo Hotel. Ao chegar lhe foi informado que a reserva dela não poderia ser ali pois, estava lotado. Houve um erro por parte do site em confirmar a reserva. O rapaz da recepção falou que iria ver para que outro hotel ela iria. Mas sugeriu, sem nos consultar antes que ,ele poderia colocar uma cama a mais no nosso quarto. Ficou uma situação bem desagradável pois, apesar de ser minha amiga, meu esposo nao tem intimidade com ela. O rapaz insistiu ,dizendo para ela que o outro hotel seria longe e convencendo ela a aceitar, sem ônus. Foi uma situações constrangedora e anti ética por parte dele, que deveria ter nos consultado em particular.
