The staff that was working the day of our check in hasn't very helpful. I arrived 30 min early and asked if it was too soon to check in and they told me no. I walked back to my car and another couple went inside not even 5 min later to check in and they allowed them to check in. Their was no hand soap available to wash your hands in the room. The floor in the room was dirty upon arrival. The front desk staff the next morning was very nice though
