Front desk staff did a nice job of handling the arrival of our large group, but lack of a lobby restroom made that time uncomfortable. Breakfast was also an area for improvement compared to other hotels on this trip. Beautiful property.

Room was dirty. Roaches were in the restroom, the stove top didn’t work, the walls were extremely gross and dirty, the sheets were dirty, the tv remote was being held together by a rubber band, and management did nothing about it when the concerns were brought up. I would give zero stars if I could

There were cockroaches in the first room that I receive in the 3rd floor. That same night we change to the 1st floor to a new room and we saw again cockroaches in the 2nd and 3rd night.

the first thing i noticed the tv was broken . i told the front desk they changed my room .then the pool smelled nasty. like sewage. like pooped .i was afraid to get sick if i get in the pool .but the front desk was really helpful. but i dont think i would ever go again

It's a shame that Motel 6 has gone REALLY DOWN on quality, for being a nation-wide hotel chain. We used to always stay at Motel when we travel, but not no more. It seems like almost all the hotels are run down and smell bad. The only reason we stayed one night was because everyone else was solid booked.This wa an emergency trip, had no time to book ahead.I had to ask for a different room because the odor on the room was strong.

The room smelled musty, when i opened the facets black water came out and in the shower the water didn't drain. Some outlets didnt work. And the beds creaked everytime you turned and were not very comfortable. I went for a funeral and needed a less expensive option, but I didnt think the facilty would feel as cheap too.

I can’t describe the disappointment and embarrassment that I faced when checking into this motel. First room looked like it wasn’t cleaned in weeks. Beds had hair all over them. When I asked for a room change the said no due to being sold out and changed out the beds. The room flooded later. Second room that was for my mom was fine earlier when they were cleaning it. Later came in hangout while the first room was being cleaned due to the flood. Only to find that they were doing patch work on the ceiling! All the maintenance tools, ladder and fan were in her room that we were given keys for. We IMMEDIATELY packed and left the hotel. I recommend you burn the motel down.

It's right off the interstate, a bit confusing to get to because GPS kept going in circles. It's in a quiet area, rooms were spacious and clean. Had a cute little kitchenette with plates, pans, utensils and all included. Outside is a little pond that has ducks, that was my kids favorite spot. There is a convenient store with in waking distance that has a Mediterranean food truck in the parking lot. Shopping/dining isn't far either.

Property is under renovation so rooms are very limited and the one that we were first given smelled like fresh paint so it was a very strong smell I then asked for a different room but the a/c was off so when we went to turn it on it started leaking getting the floor wet. We also found a bug on one of the bed sheets. We decided to leave and the lady at the front desk was very understanding and gave us a refund.

The door handles need to be replaced. Pool was in process of being repaired. Washing machines didn't all work and some dryers didn't dry. Otherwise it was great. Nice spacious room. Had some dishes, utensils, pots and pans in the kitchenette. Also had a kitchen towel and dish rack. Walking distance of many restaurants.

Horrible, I am not a picky person when it comes to hotels but this was horrendous. Roaches all over the floor crawling from the dresser and cabinets. One was crawling on me after I left the the hotel, I noticed it 10 minutes down the road that I had a roach on my shoulder! Disgusting!!!! I wouldn’t stay here again if it was free.
