The staff were super helpful at check-in and throughout our stay. Breakfast was great—especially the potatoes. The beds were really comfortable too, which made a big difference. The only thing that surprised me was how much single-use plastic there was—cup lids, cutlery, milk cartons—it felt like it was everywhere. It just seemed unnecessary when something used for a few minutes can stick around in the environment for hundreds of years. If Homewood Suites put as much effort into cutting down their reliance on single-use plastic as they do into their great hospitality, it would make an already great stay even better. That said, thank you for a lovely stay. On my first visit to the USA, I was really charmed by your hospitality.
