different room than the one we booked(disabled), front desk did not answer phone, tried 3 times. security lock on access door to parking lot was nonexistent, anyone could walk in. Parking lot was used as a car repair shop, car on jack stands, guy doing brake job. Scattered old chairs, firepit, grills, were used at night by people who came in cars and trucks. They left at 1am, made noise til then. Canceled 2nd and 3rd day of our trip AFTER trying for hours to contact HOTELS.COM. Endless menu and useless chat option. Went to front desk where we were told ONLY, Hotel.com or Expedia (?) could cancel. Will NOT use 2nd party booking again, suggest anyone try calling the 800# to talk to a human before booking. Is ZERO STARS an option ?
