"Lovely appointed hotel, very peaceful, convenient and with secure parking. We used this hotel for a 2 day stop over, before catching the ferry to Santorini. Could not get a more luxurious and convenient hotel for the ferry!! Highly recommend the restaurant Peskesi in Heraklion (book) and a visit to Stilianou winery (both highlights of our brief but very comfortable stay at this hotel)."

"This is a well situated hotel which has been recently refurbished I believe however our visit was not great. On arrival we were just handed a key and told where to go. The room was okay but the bathroom was small and the shower not great for someone of any stature. The door on the shower was a noisy metal thing and Aircon was also loud. The staff were not particularly friendly and definitely not helpful. We asked 3 different people about a late checkout and each one said it was someone else. We gave up in the end . On leaving we were just given our receipt and no remarks such as have you enjoyed your stay or safe trip home It was not one of our best hotel stays in heraklion."

"Aircon fantastic & space appropriate, had quiet setting & sleep timer best I've used in a hotel for years. Had kettle, coffee, good new frig, bathroom small but worked, only missed a hook for hand held shower. Had my own balcony with drying line, fitted with nice metal dark shutters for late sleeping. Far exceeded expectation, great location. Recently stayed in the next door newer hotel but these facilities worked very well"

"We booked here for an overnight as we were awaiting our ferry. The hotel is new and clean and the staff is professional and helpful. However, some rooms (including the one we were given) are not sufficiently insulated against internal and external noise. Ours was located on the mezzanine floor directly next to the breakfast restaurant with our room door directly across from the service station. In addition, there was a party next to the hotel until late into the night. Between the two, we could only manage a few hours sleep between 3am and 7am."
