Avoid this hotel

If you plan to stay here bring cleaning supplies. You will need to clean the room, especially the bathroom, first. Bring your own towels, pillows and sleep on top of the bed. Add in price gouging to what should have been a $50 room!

It was a roof but not much more

It was a place to stay. But I would say have very low expectations. We slept there but it was dirty smelly and trash was on the sidewalk. The beds were not clean. The bathroom is not finished and grimmy. Lightbulbs were missing from the lamps.

Met our needs. The room was updated with flooring and paint but was not very clean. Floors were grimy and dirt behind all the furniture. Air conditioning worked well and the shower was nice.

It was wy over priced for what you got. The prices were jacked way up because it was a summer weekend in Petoskey which is always crowdwd. But in addition there was a travel baseball tournament in town for the weekend so apparently they felt they could up the rates to something really ridiculous for what you got.

This property needs a face lift. I think the carpet is new and the bed is fine but the toilet and shower area is a bit grubby around the edges and in the corner. And the room smells like smoke. There’s also construction next door which doesn’t help.

It was VERY small. They put me in the upstairs corner. No elevator that i found. To get to the lobby you have to go outside or scale the stairs by the pool. Not convenient what so ever. My comforter had white spots on it which i worked in a hotel and thaf def hadnt been washed. Sheets were clean though. It had only two towels that were well used and very small. The front desk wasn't friendly really at all when I asked where my room was she was kind of rude about helping me locate it. Am desk lafy was very kind though. Breakfast was cereal and frozen breakfast sandwiches Muffins were frozen and the only friut was apples. I went to grab stuff out of my car and there was a drunk guy that was trying to talk to me even though I was trying to ignore him. He was also with a another car that was blaring music and partying. I'm a single woman so it was a little intimidating. Sm tine the same man was up at 6 am slamming doors and yelling. Room is clean for the most part but the bathroom needs a good scrubbing. The shower curtain was tattered and somebody used the toilet and didn't flush before so that was kind of gross. Anyway it was cheap and definitely got my money's worth. Sleepless and hungry.
