Staff was courteous. However, room was the minimal definition of a place to stay. Lobby had no coffee ready in the morning either day of stay. No tv signal nor internet access on the first night. Room was not worth the price paid. I would have paid $60-70 per night, not $110-120. Pay the extra $10 and stay some place nicer....

It was horrible. I tried chat twice and purchased the insurance. I will not be using you again. I have pictures of the damaged hotel room that we were staying in.

Wow was that the worst hotel I have ever stayed in. Every hostel I’ve ever been in is a Ritz in comparison. They should be ashamed to offer these rooms. Stained linens, peeling walls, bugs, broken floors, bathrooms tubs so broken up you could cut your feet.

This was supposed to be a nonsmoking room.it obviously wasnt. The whole room smelled like cigarette and pot smoke. It was obvious it wasnt really clean. The pillows were like pancakes and there was 1 for each of us. There was a tv but no cable. The plug on one side of the bed was attached to the light switch so it only worked when the light was on. The walls were paper thin. We heard everything. There was a very established spider web in the corner above the door. When we checked in the gentlemen behind us was getting a refund because he found crack pipes outside of his room. The guy behind the desk didnt even argue he just refunded the guy. We would have followed suite but there were no rooms open within 30 miles since it was parents weekend at the college. We walked to get drinks and there was a drug deal happening in the lobby. When we went to check out there was a guy in the supply closet rolling a joint. He just looked at us. Never again. We came home and threw everything in the washer and all took showers immediately. Ive never felt so gross.

Bed linens were stained. Mold in the AC unit, Bathtub was dirty . Smoke in a non-smoking room. Had to leave in the middle of the night, as it was so filthy. Horrible. You should be ashamed of offering these rooms to anyone. I took photos , and will be sharing them to warn people off. Do not stay here. It is a disgrace
