Friendly and helpful staff. Room and amenities were more than adequate. Very nice breakfast. Bus stop right in front of the hotel. There was a safe in the room, but no mini frig which would have been nice. The wifi was generally good, but the signal dropped or slowed at times.

This hotel was worth every penny, I’d give it a solid 9/10. The location is incredible: it has so many restaurants, shops, markets and subway/bus stops within a walking distance. The breakfast every morning is worth the extra price, there’s plenty of variety and delicious food in a buffet style so you can eat as much or as little as you’d like. The views are phenomenal too! The only thing that brought it down to a 9 for me was the pillows, they felt more like an empty pillowcase with a few cotton balls so they didn’t have much support or comfort. Lastly, since it’s in the middle of the city, it can be quite noisy at all times especially at night but it’s not a huge deal. Overall, this was the best possible hotel we could’ve found for our trip, I highly recommend and we will be back next time we’re in town!

Confortável, limpo, bem localizado e ótimo café da

Bastante confortável, limpo, bem localizado. Café da manhã vale a pena e tem variedades de pães, queijos, frios, frutas frescas etc. Na recepção há sempre maçãs disponíveis para os hóspedes. Staff simpático, sobretudo o senhor e a senhora que servem no café da manhã. Terraço com vista incrível onde é servido o café da manhã. Estaçao de metrô bem próxima, mas com pouca interligação com as principais/ no entanto há um ponto de ônibus em frente ao hotel, que viabiliza facilmente interligações com trens e metros. Sugiro comprar passes turísticos para todas as zonas e todos os transportes públicos de Berlim, que funcionam perfeitamente bem. Se comprar o que abrange as zonas A B e C, é possível inclusive ir ao campo de concentração que há nos arredores de Berlim e à Potsdam de trem com esse bilhete. Voltaria com certeza só hotel.

Great spot and good place! Only issue was my friend’s bed was on a wooden bed frame and when he tried to lay down the wood planks would come out of the slots so he moved the mattress to the floor. Besides that, fairly good place with nice staff. My bed and my boyfriend bed’s were on a regular bed frame and good quality.
