Nice hotel in the centre of Ceuta, at main shopping street. Hotel is bit oldfashion, but still in good condition. Unfortunately pool (why I choosed the hotel) was out of order, but friendly hotel manager agreed to give us a free breakfast instead.

Tv in the room next door on at volume for 16 hours, do not disturb on the door. No answer when knocked on. Reception said room was empty from day before. Nobody had been in the room for 20 hours. Reception staff miserable and unhelpful

Major fire incident

Hotel is fire-damaged. The place stinks of smoke. The restaurant no longer exists so there's no breakfast (burnt down). The internet didn't work for a whole day. One whole wing of the hotel is closed. Aircon was minimal. No English programmes on the TV to compensate for the lack of Wi-Fi. i had to spend much of the time outside where there was Wi-Fi in cafes and so on. No warning given or rebate offered. i advise not booking here for the foreseeable future.
