The price reflects the facility so nothing to complain about. The service however was top notch. We found ourselves pleasantly surprised by how friendly, down to earth, and helpful the staff was. Especially the gentleman working overnight. This place is ran by good people 👌

I don’t usually mind cheap hotels but this one was definitely you get what you pay for & reminded us of the Bates Motel. Parking is very tight & kind of creepy even though well lit. It appears that you can pay monthly rates to live there also. The only thing good about this place was the bed was comfortable & there was a working fridge & microwave in the room. One bath towel & no one around last night or this morning to get more. Hallways were dirty with sand & dried leaves. Bathroom needs a complete remodel. The sheet on top of the old “fuzzy” blanket was dirty & stained. Bathroom floor & room carpet looked dingy & should be replaced. No pool or breakfast which we knew ahead of time & were fine with. It was better than sleeping in our car but not by much. We slept with one eye open.

The front desk staff was excellent. She was very friendly and efficient. The room was very small and the beds were pushed against the wall. There were burns in the sheets and the plate in the microwave was missing. The bathroom counter and shower looked like it wasn’t cleaned after the previous guests.

we needed a room for the night going out with friends to a dinner and concert and tailgating and Bison game the next day the rates were reasonable the reviews were good but failed to mention they were under construction, the person that took care of us was kind and appologetic our room was clean and provided all that was needed can't wait to see the place when the upgrades our done

Great experience for my 2 day stay. Building undergoing some renovations. Room was in great condition. Nice comfortable king size bed. Staff was extremely courteous and helpful. My UHAUL was undisturbed in the parking lot. Would recommend my friends and family to stay there in a heartbeat.

Affordable but dirty

Hotel is in a convenient location. Price was very good. Our non-smoking room was very smokey. The sheets looked like they hadn't been washed in a few stays. The room was overall dirty. They are making upgrades to the lobby, hallways, and maybe rooms, so the hotel will likely be better in the future.
