Wonderful staff, front desk woman was excellent. Room was clean and comfortable. The bed was very comfortable. Our only disappointment was how we really couldn’t enjoy a relaxing evening by the pool/in the hot tub. Even as late as 10-11pm it was full of kids. I understand kids are just having fun, but it was well over a dozen kids (you can imagine how loud that is) and jumping into the pool (cannonballs galore lol) so not exactly relaxing. My only suggestion would be that the last couple later hours at the pool be adults only.

The front desk person when I checked in at 8pm was unwelcoming. I waited til she came from the back room where I clearly interrupted her phone conversation. Never greeted me, check in was robotic with no information. It was pouring rain and she didn’t even bother to tell me there was a door just outside my room to enter from the parking lot.i got put in the dog hall so listening to barking wasn’t pleasant. There were wads of hair caked along the edge of the tub. Room was nice, bed comfy, temp good, breakfast was great. Need to have tv instructions. Overall, I would stay again and hope someone else is at the desk to make you feel welcome.
