The room was filthy. Wads of hair all over the floor. Had to go to the store to purchase our own cleaning supplies to feel comfortable. There was a hole in the pipe under the bathroom sink, so we had to have someone come out first thing in the morning. By the time we came back to the room, it was “fixed”, but when we tested it, it was still leaking just not as much. Breakfast was a joke! Self serve/make waffles, toast, and juice/coffee, that was it. Ice machine had not a single piece of ice. Someone from the office woke us out of our sleep and called at midnight to “check in” with the work that had been done. Then proceeded to state that someone was complaining about noice, yet we were in bed by 9/9:30p because of my toddler and the fact that I myself had competition in the morning. The only thing that had going for them was the beds. They were nice and comfortable. Plenty of parking.
