I absolutely loved that it was same day as arrival, this trip to Tokyo was literally just winging it, this was the only hotel that took us in same day as arrival and was cheap!! The Lawson next door was even better, the 7/11 down the block, plenty of restaurants down the street all walking distance, only issue we had was no blankets but other than that we would stay again

I don't believe Budget should equal questionable cleaning habits. There was mold in the bathroom. Speckles on the walls, ceiling, on and under bathroom fixtures. I know it is not a simple task to get rid of mold, but as a customer it is very concerning to see. The duvet cover on the bed was also looking questionable, and the smoke smell from the smoking rooms does leak into the elevator if that is something you care about, but I have no other complaints. Easy sign in and check out, the desk attendant was nice, and of course there are vending machines in the lobby and a convenient store right outside.

Stayed in property for 10 minutes - DO NOT STAY HERE. The room we were sent to was in poor condition with broken objects (toilet flushing came with special instructions) and mildew and dirt spots everywhere. I've stayed in very budget hotels/motels before but I've never had the pleasure of seeing large circles under the bedsheet.... that ended up being blood. A lot of fresh red blood. Everywhere. Clearly visible and chosen to be covered by the bedsheet. The best part? The bedside phone has a sign offering "massage" services by the hour. This is not a tourist hotel. When we checked out the owner/manager was around - zero response/concern.

まるでワンルームアパート！

キッチンや冷蔵庫、洗濯機、乾燥機がついている部屋に宿泊しました。一泊のみの利用だったため、これらを使う機会はありませんでしたが、長期滞在する方にはワンルームのアパートのように使用できると思います。 キッチンにやかんは備え付けでありましたが、包丁やまな板、お皿などは自身で用意しないといけないので注意が必要です。

他のホテルと迷った末、お部屋に洗濯機乾燥機がついているという理由だけで料金が高くなるけどこっちを選びました。洗濯機乾燥機が部屋にあったのは便利だったけど、部屋のあまりの古さに驚愕。私はアレルギー体質で特にハウスダストに敏感に反応するのですが、鼻炎が出てしまい、ひどくて大変でした。宿泊中は部屋にいる間もマスクをして、寝る時もマスクをしたままで過ごしました。 この部屋に５泊する予定でしたが、すぐに２泊変更し、他のホテルを予約。 でもフロントの人も変更と返金に快く応じてくださり、hotels.comの人も親切に対応してくださり感謝しています。 でもhotels.comのチャットボットのシステムはイライラしますね、使えない。時間のムダでストレスの元。形式はチャットでもいいけど人間が対応してくれないとダメダメです。チャットでは埒が明かないから最後は電話しました。電話で長く保留にされて頭にきたけど返金に関してはちゃんと手続きしてもらえたのでとりあえず良かったです。
