It is very quiet here and a great place to go if you want to be somewhere where people mind their business. They cleaned often...the only downside is you can't extend your stay. You have to take all of your items out after each stay then make another reservation. Other than that it is a very nice hotel. Great Wi-Fi, Great TV service, kind people at front desk and very clean linens.

I prepaid for a 3-night stay at HomeTowne Studios Downtown Norcross from 1/7/26 - 1/10/26. When I called to confirm, the hotel said my reservation wasn’t in their system. Later, I learned Hotels.com didn’t clearly disclose that the property auto-checks guests in at 7 PM, even if they never arrive. I was charged for all three nights and only offered a one-night refund. Very disappointing—Hotels.com should make these policies clear and protect customers from unfair charges.

Our room had black mold all down the wall in the bathroom, no towels, no comforter on either bed, no trash receptacle. Was moved to another room and it didn't have towels or comforters either. Housekeeping to 3 hours to bring them to us. Overall not pleased at all with this choice.

Absolutely Not Worth the money. Our worst stay

So expensive ($155 per night due to the $35 extra charge for us to check in early). The room is decent but the noise level from the highway is unbearable!!!

Front desk service outstanding!

Front desk service is amazing here,specially.The lady in charge had my paperwork ready when I walked in the door,and greeted me by name on arrival.I only stay here once a month.It is rare to find anyone seriously committed to doing their jobs well.She consistently does hers.
