The front desk staff was wonderful. They made the check-in process very easy. The room was nice but the road noise was noticeable at night. We stayed here because it was close to the Blue Cross arena where we were attending an event.

Room has scratched legs on the chair, dust in the corners and a pair of someones socks were underneath the sink on the floor indicating noone cleaned under there. The staff was awesome and very accommodating .

The lobby was so cold we needed coats to sit in the bar and restaurant. Room was clean but the sheets and linens looked dingy and had a smell. The food was awful. The chef should be ashamed. The coffee place needs new staff as portly fellow who worked there had very bad attitude.
