A gem of an Inn in the heart of Arles.
We booked this lovely Inn prior to departing on our River Cruise out of Arles. Nathalie is the owner and a very gracious and accomodating hostess. She speaks 5 languages fluently and goes out of her way to make your stay comfortable. Her breakfast was amazing, full of fresh baked breads, fresh fruit, fresh juices, crepes, eggs, meats and cheeses. We will stay there again if we ever find ourselves in Arles

Nathalie made us feel at home. She was very helpful when we had a problem with the booking for our next destination. The breakfast was a treat each day. Room was big with a good shower. The house is in the centre ville but we didn’t hear any noise from the outside. It as easy to get to by bus and the tourist sights were within walking distance.
Thank you so much, Nathalie, for a memorable stay. Merci beaucoup.

Maison Douce is in a good area, nice old building, outdoor terrace breakfast. TV would not work & owner didn’t care to help. Mattress soft & B&B owner Natalie is not pleasant. She is selling the biz & doesn’t seem happy. Even the taxi drivers knew about her as a problem. New owners will be a good thing, as place is nice. Irish pub next door is a plus. RB

Everything about Maison Douce is excellent!
Owner Nathalie treats you as a personal house guest, doing her best to see you have a great time in Arles.
Maison Douce is an old house with very modern stylish internal fittings: the rooms are comfortable, spacious and quiet. Some brighter reading lights would be welcome!
Continental breakfast sets you up for the day : we enjoyed the friendliness of the indoor communal seating and there is an outside terrace ,too, for warmer days.
Maison Douce is perfectly placed for the old town and is on key bus routes.
We would happily stay again : this is a real home from home.

This accommodation should not be utilized by persons allergic to dogs or scent. Has two large dogs and heavily scents the entire property with scent infused oil. I do not have allergies but can not tolerate heavy scents.
Natalie is very good at recommending good local restaurants.

Accommodations were a good size for the cost. The arrangement of the toilet outside of the actual room was a little funky but that's okay. Natalie was the only one we had contact with was not well suited for dealing with people. When are traveling companion was injured on a step in the hotel Natalie was more concerned about telling her that she should have let her know that she was not going to dinner at the restaurant that Natalie made a reservation for her. You will enjoy this day here if you avoid talking to Natalie. And avoid in the waiting room on the couch that the dogs use.

The family that run the hotel operation are very nice and accommodating. Very secure parking arrangement and as close to the old city center as you can reasonably drive into.

Beautiful old home, stylishly decorated. The owner was delightful and the morning breakfast was uniquely presented with local products. We would stay here again anytime!
Only suggestion we would have is that the parking entrance was a bit difficult to find.

Very conveniently located to central sites. Owners and dog are a plus! Good breakfast.
This is an older property with second and third floor walk ups and no elevator. We ended up on the third floor, which was hard. We left most of the luggage in the car and took out what we needed every day. Parking was a bit awkward, even for France.
