Great Option in London!

I went with my friend and as two young women traveling we felt very safe here at this hotel! The room is the perfect size with a wardrobe cabinet and a spacious bathroom for UK and big city standards. It is in a great neighborhood was close walking distance to a lot of things including a tube station. I would recommend this hotel to anyone and would stay here again!

Location perfect for the Royal Albert Hall

Easy check in. Or room 005 was in the basement facing the road. There was little noise from the road so it never bothered us. I left something in the room and it was returned to me within 5 days. OK for one night whilst attending the Royal Albert Hall concert which is in easy walking distance.

I wonder how the hotel got 4 stars because a 2 star hotel I stayed near the King's Cross was way better in terms of service, appliance, cleanness, etc. The male receptionist on the day I checked in was horribly rude, the room itself is wornout. Overall stay was convenient though. House keeping was exceptional.
