Air purifiers in the room and hallway did their best to neutralize the mildew in the room AC unit. If you have sinus or respiratory challenges, I do not recommend. Towels thread bare. I would call breakfast 'humble' The staff was nice and bath was clean. Bed OK and close to the highway without the highway noise. The air quality in the room was our biggest concern and we realize there isn't much more you could do to mediate but they tried.

The staff member that did our check-in was friendly, the king-sized bed in our room was comfortable, and the new shower was great. The property was in a good location and it was a quiet night. Breakfast was adequate: bread, bagels, cereal, fruit, and waffles. However, when we walked into our room there was a damp sour smell. It appears that the hotel is trying to remedy this situation as we had a dehumidifier in our room, and we saw several in the hallways and breakfast area. Hopefully this is a temporary condition that will be resolved soon.
